Do you have toilets?
There is no toilet at the farm. However, the nearest public toilets can be found in the public car park in Brockenhurst Village.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, we cannot permit dogs on the farm.
Is this a personal experience, or will there be others taking part too?
No, this is a personal experience and your booking will be the only booking for your chosen day and time slot!
Do you have a car park?
Yes! We have parking for your car, directions will be given on your booking form.
Can I bring a pushchair/buggy?
Yes! You can bring a pushchair/buggy onto the farm, but please let us know on the booking form as the normal entrance may not be suitable if we have had a lot of rain.
Is the experience suitable for all ages?
Both adults and children will enjoy interacting with the goats. However, we don’t recommend children under the age of five due to the goats being quite lively/playful. However, if you are bringing very young children (4 and under) along with older siblings, then please be aware that they will NOT be able to fully participate, and must be under full parental supervision. If you have any questions regarding this then please feel free to contact us!
How do you take payment?
We take payment on the day. We can accept cash or card.
How long does the visit last?
Our Spring, Summer & Winter experience lasts for 1 one. Our Winter experience lasts for 30 minutes. More information can be found here.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes – we only accept bookings. Bookings can be made online here.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Unfortunately goats do not like rain, so if the weather is too bad to go ahead, we will contact you to rearrange your visit if possible.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, we do not ask for any payment at time of booking.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Whilst we accept unforeseen circumstances can occur, we do ask, that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. If we do not receive the cancellation within this time limit you will be invoiced for 50% of the total cost. To cancel, please email littlegoatsatbrockenhurst@gmail.com
